If they need more shares, I would say yes.
Don't forget these are buying opportunities we may not see again at these prices! Everything Byron has said has been true. Have we seen 4.00 again! Only in DR. Meades dreams! And Mine!!!

Byron, or anybody else that can answer this. What happens to the Stock on a second offering of shares. The float increases. So far DGIV has been very instrumental on keeping the share value high.
