Robert,

The fact that BC has to be careful with what he says is obviously a result of certain regulatory authorities wishing us to be maintained as "fungal fodder" for their disclosure procedures.

This is obviously a delicate matter wherein certain regulatory authorities hold perhaps more power than they should. We've all dealt with personal politics with smiling faces secretly wishing you a pleasant trip to h*ll.

What is outrageous about this whole situation is that DHEC should be ENCOURAGING and FACILITATING our company's ability to comply with regulatory requirements, not stonewalling them with bureaucratic doublespeak.

There is simply NO REASON that DHEC should treat an amended application for increased capacity ANY DIFFERENTLY than the originally granted permit. The only source of emmissions from the processor is through the Thermal Oxidizer, a proven technology with a extensive track record for emmissions compliance.

But then again, I have to wonder whether or not it would have been better for GRNO to just accept NNN status and be treated as a petrochemical facility in order to just get things rolling. I would hope that they would then have been able to revise the permit to incorporate the lesser standards.

Basically, I'm railing and rambling and EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED (insert profane statement of choice) that people have NO VISION or sense of decency.

Regards,

Ron
