Sold my April $25 calls at $3 5/8.

I had initially put in a limit order at $6, lowered it to $5 at 10:00AM and finally took profit at day's end.

I think AAPL will go up again tomorrow, but I if Japan/Asia caves tonight, the whole tech sector could be taken down.

All in all, a solid conservative AAPL rally in the context of a sloppy market.

My core position appreciated nicely -- and I still made enough from the options to buy a mini-tower G3!

(I think I'll stick with my 9500/180 for a while.)

Sam, (off topic)

You just have to leave enough cash in the account to be sure you will cover any margin payments which will come up at the end of the month and maybe a bit more. There's no reason to move into a full cash position. If you do it as a partial transfer as I said, the transfer is fast. You can track it by talking to both transfer departments to see where your form is and how it is being handled. Say you go to Brown from Waterhouse. You call Brown's account transfer department and ask if they have received it and if they have, if they are mailing it or faxing it. When you've confirmed that the form has been sent to the firm from which you're transferring, you can call the "old" firm every day to see if they have the form yet. When they have it, you ask which day they'll be doing the transfer. You can keep tracking it this way, and can continue trading. They may say they will be sending the stocks and options on Tuesday morning, so you then check with Brown, the new firm, about when they have it. You can trade except on part of the day of the transfer, if everything goes right. Both companies I've mentioned are superior, each with different strengths, but excellent. I've tried several others with which I've not been satisfied. I haven't tried E-Trade (which has been positively mentioned), though.
