The company from what I understand wants to make a statement. Statement meaning to take care of its shareholders. Paul Baker is the chief geologist and reports to the company. Also the company is putting together a value of everything. What they have, who's who and the such. Paul has been with the company for sometime if you'd take some time and read the past news releases. NPEC is selling their interest in 1 property back to MDIN. That is all that is happening. They are looking to earn their strips this year. Once this news is posted we'll all be happy.
