Cheryl,

I KNOW that EPS up until this year was figured before dillution
and now the rules have changed to make it mandatory to figure them
fully dilluted (after tax). Since this is a new rule some companies are reporting it both ways. Since we don't have a requirement to report at all they could be either way. If, as you say this has been researched by buckeye and it is after tax EPS, I honestly don't remember that being reported on the thread. But, If you say it was confimed, believe you.

Just listened to the CC...Ditto most other remarks...impressed by getting some more details and not just fluff...

Only negative I can come up with was the lack of conversation on the reverse...is it still 1/4?? Or did I miss that part somehow??

Also, it is MHO, that if Ira was walking while he was talkin he would have be struttin' *G*...Confidence and relief, IMO, oozed from him...
