Don't take it the wrong way. I admire you calling him and getting first hand info and then pulling back in your stance a little before you move forward. I am also amazed at some of the people who are calling him for the first time after they invested there hard earned money. Thanks for shedding some light on are dilemma.

Curiouser and curiouser. K- Have you considered the possibility of an alternative scenario? That perhaps the WOTD a**wipes might have staged this whole 300-1 reverse to create the panic sell so they could acquire more shares on the cheap? And then, once done acquiring, they "undo the reverse" to bring the price back up.

Stream of consciousness here. Maybe they were lacking a majority, slightly, or just wanted to add holdings at fire sale prices.

JUst a thought. If so, it's as disgusting as the original game plan.
