Hi Paul - A good move indeed, and on good volume (although the volume did not reach the MM as usual on a breakout in BORL). Although I am positioned to enjoy this ride up, having transfered some NOVL (at 10 7/8) into BORL (at 8 15/16), I can't help but feeling there could be something misleading here. Technically yes, the stock has been acting very solid for the last two weeks after its double bottom in the mid 8, but the uncertainty about the merger is still looming and the possibility of Borland announcing yet another acquisition is a bit scary. The last time it happened exactly when the stock has broken up and a conference call was scheduled. Yes, it is very unlikely that such a thing will happend so soon as the last acquisition did not have time to see the ink dry, but was there enough time between the previous two? I just hope that caution will still prevail on this and other Borland thread for when everyone becomes jubilant, it is usually a selling indicator. Go BORL... Ghassan.
