Mark, I don't believe anyone did a summary this week. That is why no one has responded. In a nutshell. IRA said Myriad has closed and they are awaiting on signed papers to be returned to them. ATRIX AND FAMH are preparing financial documentation for each others review and should be mailed next week. MD will be at next week's CC, per ANNA. 47 MIL shares outstanding now (not sure if it includes the warrants that he said were out there but restricted). News release on Myriad after signed papers are received. No date set yet for the announcement but it will come as soon as papers are received. Those are the highlites I remember off hand. Kevin
