The high SG&A levels must be addressed and the increased inventory levels...these are the most critical issues at this time. The prospect of projected negative cash flow will not be favorably viewed either.

On the plus side, IMO, is the commitment to R&D and a "new" attitude regarding information dissemination. Ditto has run its course, but will remain profitable as niche within a niche...no surprise here. Clik! is the wild card...even if the initial income from the product is not significant this year the introduction of it will give fresh legs to the entire IOM product line.

The bear's claims that the company and products are dead are lame at best. Equally lame is the attack on the quality of IOM products, they are no better or worse than comparable mechanical devices...these are just sour grapes arguments.

On balance not too bad, just don't expect any significant improvement in the stock price for another 1 or 2 quarters.
