Wes.

I think every shareholder should contact the company and ask the
questions they have in addition, voice their opinions
whether they are positive or negative. I'm certain there are days
when Xecom wishes they didn't have to answer all the calls that come
in to their office. But hey man, that's part of the price of being
a public company. You have to deal with the shareholders whether
you like it or not. Overall, though, I think they are trying their
best and I'm sure like all companies they have made a few mistakes here and there.

I also think they want to see the stock price a lot higher than it
is. I don't like it at these prices and I'm sure you don't care for
it much either.

From the calls I have made to Dal Grauer and the few times I have
spoken with Joe Lanza, I think they will make this company work.
They have to much riding on the line. And then they have us
shareholders to contend with. From what I understand about Lanza,
and I have heard plenty about him, he's not a the kind of guy
who throws in the towel very easily. From what I have been told
he cares a lot about his friends and I'v also heard many of his friends are in this stock so he isn't about to let it fail. But what do I know, I'm just another shareholder. Still, he seems like a pretty tough and nice guy to me. Have you spoken to him several times?

The CEO of Xecom seems like a savvy guy to me. Have you
spoken with him? I did a couple weeks ago and my broker was told
he was with a reputable CPA firm in New York before he came on board
with Xecom in addition to being a CFO with a successful beverage
company. Xecom has to know what there doing. With that in mind, what is your opinion? Don't you think they have a pretty good Board of Director's in place?

Wes you seem like a pretty intelligent guy. Have you expressed your
opinion on how they should proceed? Have you been a shareholder
for a long period of time?

I like the industry they are in. I think Telecommunications is hot
and they are a unique company and with a good product. Hang in there and give them the support they need. I'm trying to get a couple of my brothers and a few friends in to buy a few shares. Hopefully, they will. At this price, its dirt cheap!
