I agree, the question is what do you do to parents who do not agree. ? There is the ideal, and then there is the real. In reality, many parents believe that a good swat on the butt is an effective method of behavior modification for their children, and teenagers. Shall we arrest a quarter of the parents in America? Or perhaps, should we step up monitoring of households by the local child protective agencies? I believe these are a far greater threat to our liberty than even the IRS. No courts, no not-guilty until proven innocent. Just take the children and then force parents to attend phyc boards where the outcome is pre-determined. I could fill the SI servers with horror stories on this one. You would have to have a friend go through it, to fully believe the atrocities. And it's a growing business. Michael
