Couple of things.

I think we need to look at the big picture. They have 60% of a very lucrative business which will show a terrific return in a short while. Meanwhile, although I agree with the sentiment about the rollback, pushing the issue will take MKD's mind off their priority of getting the plant up and running. I myself would rather they concentrate on that instead.

Besides all that, the consolidation by itself doesn't change anything except the perception. And I would rather everyone's perception was of a stock that had momentum, not one where there was a shareholder revolt. I suspect that we can revolt all we want, but we wouldn't have any luck because I'm sure the company has enough control.
I'm in this for the long haul, and it'll look real good when we split in a couple of years, which we wouldn't do otherwise.

I've been in the stock market for a long time, and I've learned that the stock doesn't do anything big until the company wants it to. For example, when a stock is headed down, we can support it all we want, but the company is holding all the cards and they will just wait longer for the share price to drop until they set the options or accumulate their shares. That is the reality, if we can't live with it we don't belong in the market.

I don't think the company is currently managing the share price though. There is no motive. The company knows it has a home run, and I think they want to see strength, but the strength has to come from the market. If it only took 2,000 shares to knock the price down a few cents, it was like it was never at .18 except on paper. Don't forget, at .18 it's a triple, and many shareholders have the discipline to sell with such gains.

As for the share price, I am hanging on until after production starts before I sell anything. Yes, a higher share price will make my girlfriend feel better (we're in this together), but the short term doesn't impact the money I will eventually make on this stock.

This is a great deal. Let's focus on determining a fair value so we can make a better decision rather than bitching about the past.

This is my opinion only. Do your due diligence and have faith in it.

Ted

I just found out that MKD has started to promote their company and share price. This week, Doug Maclean is going to meet Ben Traub of Cyclone Financial to discussion some promotion for MKD. I'm not very familiar with Cyclone, but they do have a few thousand subscribers, including some major investors who read their newsletter.

I'll try and keep updated with what is going on with MKD and Cyclone and we can see how it affects the share price.
