David,

Your *only* bonehead move is VRTL :-).

Relativly speaking (to other Internet stocks) CYCH is a steal under $60. I am going to double down tomorrow after the weenie sell off. Hoping to buy at 24 1/8. Compare this to Yahoo, Excite or whatever and I start giggling. Revenues are quantifiable and ramp up much more predictably. This press alone should give CYCH a lift, buy out or not.

By the way, I bought this stock at $48, looking for a quick trade (in '96). I went to sell it at $54 but my broker wasn't in and by the time he called me back it was $51. I told him to hold off. I sold it at $36 a week later.

The opposite is about to occur, cych's time has come.

Steve

Dave you might be right on that one.......excerpt from Yahoo!

In a prepared statement, CyberCash spokeswoman Jordanna Taffel said: ''James Condon, chief executive officer, Bill Melton, president and chief executive officer and Russ Stevens, general counsel, firmly state there have been no discussions of an acquisition of CyberCash.''

biz.yahoo.com

You're familiar with the law I assume......how many times do you get a co-authored statement from management and counsel declining a rumor?

Usually you get the.......'a spokesperson for the company said the do not comment on rumors'

Sharp contrast.....between the two.

Why?
