The big IF in your conclusions is IF they execute and start to regain momentum. I've heard that Soap is not selling well again and although there has been some OEM announcements, it certainly has not been a flood. Regarding Adobe and MACR, both compete or have competed with MCRE. Especially Adobe with its Photoshop, PhotoDeluxe and Dimensions products.

Regarding earlier posts on 'Show', Meta did announce that product on Feb 2nd. It had been expected for awhile. According to my calculations, the Company still has over 10 new products/upgrades to bring out this year. If successful, this could indeed be a bottom.

I don't think so Toto! Adobe and Macromedia are very, very unlikely buyers (though Quaker Oats and Pennzoil are merging???). Both of them have had their shares of opportunity to do so in the past and politely declined, I don't see why they would do it now. As for saying they don't compete with MCRE, I am not sure what you are smoking, but it sure must be good :-). Thx for the good laugh anyway.
