whats that mean

when it was down 10.40???

one minute it was down nine...I blinked and it was down 10.40
now I got it back to under 7....boy talk about a bounce

just checked yahoo international quotes and japan dropped down 1.6 to down 2.25

but I know that is delayed...

Getting the feeling that the DIP-BUYERS, just may be getting a bit nervous, but with my normal disclaimer - who knows for sure in this market.
