The Cyrix acquisition was a very aggressive move by a very conservative company. Too, aggressive.

Without it, NSM would be destined to low growth, low visibility. If the acquisition produces fruits, NSM may be one of the industry leaders, NSM shareholders, management and employees will be a lot wealthier.

Although the PE looks decent, don't be deceived, this stock should be avoided until after June.

A good indicator would be a successful ramp of the .25 process, but by the time the information is in, the stock will probably be higher than what it is now. Just look at AMD. When their was evidence that they can produce chips with acceptable yield, the stock was in mid 20s.
