I dont know if you know this but those calls expire tomorrow. I imagine and I dont know for sure that if you dont have enough money they will sell your calls for you tomorrow.

Your broker will allow you to exercise the options if you sell
enough shares to cover the cost of your trade. They should be
able to do this no matter what your margin position is currently.
