And don't forget Jumpin Joe. I really miss his analysis. We
could use one right now.

Being an ex Navy man, I won't use any analogies at this point in
time, but some of these guys need to spray a couple of parasites
and come back online. Letting miniscule melodrama drive them
away is wrong. What example does that set for potential investors?!
Come on, Grupo, Joe Med, Jumpin Joe and Mr.Mur...well, I guess
the Joes' have it.

Joe will really get ticked if this degenerates into a discussion of jarheads and
swabies. Only because he knows the Navy is the best (from experience,
I'm ducking for cover). I'm outa here...as fast as I can!

Night,
Bob

Laszlo, From your post:

"On a consolidated basis, DCI projects that it will be grossing $35-$40 million in
annualized sales by the end of April 1998. <deletions> DCI's targeted growth for the
fiscal year ending March 31, 1999 is $45 million gross revenues."

Did Mr. Murphy really mean 3/31 1998???? Going from $40 million to $45 million is a
year doesn't continue the strong growth rate we've been experiencing.....

I had to reread this part a couple times myself, but if you read what is said carefully, you realize that the $35-40 Million is without any revenues from DCI-UK or Cyberfax. It appears that for the projection on total fiscal year revenues through March 31, 98 that 5-10 million is being added I assume to include Cyberfax and DCI-UK. It's my impression that management has been reluctant to speculate on the amount of revenues that will be generated by DCI-UK and Cyberfax. Since the recent news release on Cyberfax is an update from the newsletter however and now pojects Cyberfax revenues to be around 7 million alone, perhaps there have been some positive developments with Cyberfax since the newsletter was written. At any rate, the revenue projection to 3/31/98 in the newsletter of $45 million, would represent a 560% gain over the 3/31/97 amount, assuming we do about 2 million in the 4thQ.

Laszlo:

My take on this statement is that fiscal 1999 will see revenue growth in the area of $45 million. That is on top of the $35-$40 million in annualized revenues as of April 1998. That means that they are projecting total revenues of $80-$85 million by end of fiscal 1999. However, my understanding is that these projections are intentionally conservative. Joe Murphy intends to aggressively continue the acquisitions until we reach $100+ million in revenues, and he plans to do this before the end of this calendar year. Of course, he can't guarantee that; but this is his goal.
