The land agreements are important.....they may have already been
accumulating letters of agreement from adjacent land owners. We wouldn't
know about that activity unless someone went to the local town offices
and looked up all the deed agreements and attachments of abutters. That
information would be in the public domain. But ERB/SIR would not be
required to announce all those agreements until they wanted the publiic
and shareholders to know.

They certainly have been silent......

There can be no doubt that anyone owning land within 50 miles of these
drilling rigs already know what's gong on. News like this would travel
very quickly in small rural township's.

I have country land holdings and if someone were drilling for any kind
of *gas well* over the next hillside and down in the valley....all my
neighbors would be out there watching from time to time.
(Except maybe not if it was into an old sceptic system...chuckle...then
again....they might be out there on sundays scratching their heads)

So.....IF they own "43,000 acres" they may also have established mineral
rights gained in various ways throughout the area.

Also....I remember something CLK said about the USGS envolvement...it
had gone on for many years and drilling also by others. The USGS may have
established mineral rights with land owners going back many years and
be in a position to hand these over to ERB/SIR when the time is right.
This again would be public information.

Has anyone ever called the USGS of that area and asked for any information.
They are by-in-large very nice people and very helpful.

One more thought.....if they have (*if* is all we Know) acquired mineral
rights from any source and If those are significant positions.....that would
be a powerful 'chip' to present when negotiating the %% of return as the
primary exploration company. I wouldn't let that info out quite yet either.

I remain hopeful this management is playing straight up with this project and
when everything is completed and agreements are signed - etc - We will
be very proud and plesased with or selves for picking such excellant management.

Hagios o Theos....wouldn't that be Wonderful.
