Jan, we all feel that way... (try hedging currency futures.)

Inre INTC and put writing; a) yes, the fed makes money by printing money; and, b) if you'd like to own Company XYZ @ $75 nomatterwhat, where's the risk in writing puts @75.

BTW, the parity game (or, maximum pain) can work to your advantage. For example, suppose you believe Company DSND will settle ~40 @Apr expiry. Assuming you're bullish, a calendar spread (eg, sell Apr 40 & buy May/Jun 40) has potential on April 1.

For INTC, 75-76 is the target; theoretically, INTC will rise next week -- barring unforeseen villains (gasp, worse than TK) such as Greensp.. Crossing our fingers. even the lowly "small intrader" could have profited.
