I can somewhat understand their fear; on the other hand, they have now announced that this site is fair game for every tout and hypester in the business. People will get hurt by that too. I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me that if they shut up the critics of the Woodses of the world, they have acquired some liability to those who are hurt by them.
