Joe,

Ever since the debut of PMMX-200, Tom had been most excited to announced that Cyrix 6x86-P200+ was no more the fastest chip in the world. Now, he is preying the importance of FPU and reiterate that no one uses PC for business applications any longer.

I doubt that he is just another commission salesman on Intel payroll list.

Fuchi ... who loves Cyrix's innovations

Anyone care to guess where a MII300 would place on Tom's charts. My guess is that a 300//233/66 will be about the same as a 266//225/75.
4% faster core, but 12% slower bus; probably will depend on the type of benchmark.
