Will you be going to hell and back alone? Or simply doing the opposite of what everybody says? -So, don't believe me when I say the ride isn't half over, and when I can "almost" understand anybody, I just assume they're having a little fun.

Well while I was "spinning my yarn" or talking trash as you seem to be implying... I never told you or anyone else what the retainer would cost... I had no intention of mentioning this to you guys I was going to get it back if the case is won... you know I didnt have to include anyone much less tell you about it... the cost is the same. Now if you want to write out a $5000 or $6000 check I will forward you to two Legal Firms that is ready to go, the one I have in mind has an office on Wall Street and will hit this running. Dexx is right, although I know it going into this, if the case isnt won, its possible to be counter sued, now Jack and WOTD are trying to make amends, and in 14 days I will make my mind up as to the course of my action... If you disagee with me send a PM and I will get you pointed in the right direction with these lawyers... just make sure you have your check book ready. Now why do I have OTC stocks in my companies port? There is only 2 CVIA being one of them. Its called calculated risk, what happened here has nothing to do with risk... it is about trying take your investment away from you with out a legitimate reason or compensation. KAA
