Mike Wallace was questioning him about the Bank's funding pharmaceutical aid to under-developed nations. Pharmaceutical aid that included a medicines scam (delivery of lots w/ half-filled or empty capsules, etc) being conducted by a pharma-company in Germany.

Near the end of the interview Wallace questioned the man's credentials. I can't recall the exact words, suffice it to say the credentials were bogus. Wallace got him to admit on camera.

"I see you graduated from xxxxxx with a doctorate in xxxxxxx."

(pause) "...No."

"But you do have a xxxxxxxxx."

(pause) "No."

Something along those lines.

There were more details of what Wallace had discovered in his background narration.
