The co. laid off all it's workers. The stock doubled in price. The CEO exercised all his stock options and made 20 Mil. Accounting irreg. were found in the co.'s books, before the present CEO took over the watch. The co. files for bankruptcy; however, the board voted the CEO a golden parachute of 2 mil a year for the next 5 yrs with funds set aside for such an event in prior years.

John - excellent. It's clearly American, though - the British Columbia version would have factored in the 146 volumes at 17 pounds each of the local Forest Practices Code, and made a provision for funding for the forestry lawyers required to interpret them.
