I think the key word is anticipation. There is no definitive news out that gives us even a date for a court opinion. However, in 96, Gift ran relatively quickly to the $10 area just in anticipation of preliminary hearing date for the parties involved. Some people on the thread believe we are due for some forward progress or even a resolution of Gift's story. Stay tuned and hold on tight, things could get very interesting!!

I think that what we are seeing are people increasing their positions.
Whether or not they have any knowledge which leads them to believe that a favorable ruling is forthcoming is anyone's guess.

I do think that it is a good bet if you have "speculation" dollars available.
