James, TPL has not changed since you looked at it. There is no catalyst (a la SJP) in sight. It can be volatile at times due to very small float and oil correlation. I think this is one to glance at every six months from a value point of view. But it will probably never be a value+growth story like SJP.

I'm not sure why TPL management doesn't work to sell more of their land, but they are waiting for civilization to reach them.

Definitely one of the strangest stocks on the NYSE.
