I bought CD around $ 19.25 ave cost yesterday. This company has world-class franchies like AVIS, Ramada, Days Inns, Welcome Wagon, Century 21, Caldwell Banker, etc. I think buying at $ 19 is somewhat safe with a whole lot of upside potential. Instead of downgrading CD they should be putting out buys !

I will be watching the price action this morning. If it falls lower immediately, I may sell some in case I'm wrong, and then buy back as soon as it shows strength. I am also considering buying quite a few calls, especially if it goes down to the $ 15's (which I doubt, but who knows).
