sloan, A sensible post. Here's some additional thoughts...
There is some misinterpretation by the Street when reading the S-1 piecemeal on the Web and that was responsible for yesterday's sell-off.
.
For instance: Much of the shares "potentially coming to Market" ALREADY were available for sale under Rule 144. Most all of the Bridge shares, for example. Many of the consulting contractual shares as well...
.
Olympic Capital's 10,000,000 shares are NOT issueable presently, and they may NEVER be. If they are EVER to be issued they would require a separate registration (in the future). There is a big footnote covering these shares which explains that the number of shares reported in the S-1 are higher than may ever be issued.
.
Whether the stock price will rise to $4 or $5 near-term is anybody's guess, I suppose. But to see a stock double or triple in price I think we'd need to see some fresh information/updates directly from the Company Management. I suspect with the caliber of people we see coming on board, that we WILL hear from them in the coming months.
.
Not next week... not even next month. But I hope sometime not TOO far into the future. (g)
