Art, The foreigners usually buy the very top in any market. Just check the dates for when all our emerging markets funds went public. -g-

The key to the crash may be the dollar, if foreigners keep buying. The horrendous trade deficit reported shows how weak the US really is. If you make 10 pct. on stock and lose 15 pct. on currency, it hurts. I think the foreigners might be in that position soon. You cannot keep running a huge trade deficit while your currency keeps running up in value.

My take is that the foreigners are the greatest of the great fools and it won't be long now until stock prices reflect company fundamentals once again. MB
