Seth, you may be right but my scenareo is just an outline. There is no doubt that they would have to do it VERY carefully but it could be done up to the point where they hit 5% and have to file to the SEC. It may be any number of reasons as you say. I guess we'll just have to sit and wait<g>...One bright spot is this stock is DEFINITLY teaching me the meaning of PATIENCE...
