I think the stock will make a run up to 2 before any court date and if there is a favorable (which is what I will be holding for) this stock will fly.

Actually, reading your later posts (not from post 1) I found that this stock was quite interesting and has potential. Although I took the advice of your conversations, I am interested as well, my question is based for those that haven't read the previous 1800 posts and is acting as a refresher, thanks
