Ratan,

The way that MARIA BARTALAROMA(however one spells it) was talking at the open, she was giving the strong impression that there was buying accross the board with the bias to the upside.

She is getting hints from the traders on the floor watching the orders probably. Thats probably what the MMs are also working on as they price the options.

I do think that there will be an intraday move to the upside but it wont last.

Well that's discouraging as I just doubled my short position.

I think I'll try to daytrade half and carry half. It could stay pretty range-bound from 1112 to 1118 on the SP8M so they, for the time being, will be my entry/exit points. Actually I'll stay shy of 1118 and use 1113 to give it some room.
