Jim P., it's not a factor of Dell management "waiting" to split DELL, but rather where the stock is, and how long it's been there. $95-105 for a sustained period warrants a split in the Board's mind, not any timetable.

I think that Patrick might not have been as literal in his post as you suggest anyway...

Jim, I wasn't saying a split was likely, only possible.

I am not expecting another split until January or so.
