Gekko I realize that it is clearly difficult,but IT would still be very positive as a share holder to know if its approved or is there problems with the exchange.IT has been I believe 4 to 6 months since you announced you saw the paper work.The other big question is how big ie how many shares to be sold and is it one warrant per unit or just ahalf warrant.Some one is clearly selling stock in this range .It would be my opinion that there is not a pro.in the world who would short this stock in this range with all the progress occurring with out the comfort of knowing he can replace his position at any time with safety.IT would be nice to know how much has been presold and when the underwriting or private placement will be concluded. IT would be very positive if you could also find out what the total number or shares outstanding will be at fully diluted as of the first of april THANKS JIM
