Welcome to the wonderful world of OTCBB! I'm also baffled by the action, almost all (apparently) buys, yet no movement. Either the MMs have accumulated quite an inventory over the past few months and are anxious to get rid of it at this price, or they've been blindsided and are afraid to move it up too quickly for fear of attracting too many momentum traders, or are letting it sit here to induce selling. If the buying continues then at some point it will have to break out; patiently waiting....
