Dr. Meade:

I will ask about LOCH.How many shares outstanding and what is the Float?Also as per the Spinoff what is the ratio? In another words is it 1 share for every 10 or what? If the Float is small here and you can now buy 3000 shares for under $500.00.What makes you think Loch has any prospects etc.
