Hi Jonas,

The o/s has been increasing to pay for acquisitions.

FAMH growth can be done in two ways:
1) Come into a market and set up shop, and compete against companies that already have a presence and current contracts.
2) Acquire these companies with cash or shares.

It seems that FAMH after consulting its investment banking firm, ran the numbers, and decided that it makes more sense to acquire with shares.

Even with a 2 for 1, the total outstanding would only be 25MM... not
terribly unreasonable for a NASDAQ stock... as long as the dillution
stopped there and we held at that number of shares.
