Gary, There's nothing to calculate unless a proposed settlement is reached, and approved by a court. It happened with MWHS for FY 94 and 95, but I don't think that it will happen with VVUS. Do you? The payments for class-action suits are usually calculated on a per-share basis (and probably per-contract basis for options). But i've never heard of a settlement or award like this ever coming to fruition for options holders. To me at least, it just seems that this is a sign of desperation by the fallen-stock-chasing shysters.
