FUGAZI, Can you cite a single post on Ligand's science from our most famous nay sayer. I can recall hundreds of posts (its not that hard since most are very similar), but can't recall a single post on LGND's science, either positive or negative).

<< His basis for balance is in stock price not in the science >>

Good point!

<< ... it really doesn't matter what henry knows or doesn't know. >>

Bad point!

This LGND thread has several uses. One is to gain knowledge about the value of LGND as an investment. One is for traders to determine points at which to buy and sell. One is just for a social activity. And, one is for tonyt to browbeat Henry and others.

One reason that I dislike tonyt's posts is because a lot of them are sarcastic and cynical.

<< ... when most people were going kookoo for coco puffs that lgnd would hit twenty-even me. >>

Most LGND investors are excited about LGND's science and their chances for making a bundle. Why not get excited? Why not hype the science and the stock. I am disappointed in LGND's stock price movement, but I am very excited about their science (what I understand about it, that is).

Someone who continually knocks a stock, without any other reason than past price movement, and does it with mean spirits, contributes mostly as a pain in the lower extremity. In that, he does a good job! (: > })==

<< It'll be interesting to see when Tony actually posts that he thinks lgnd will go up >>

The only chance of that happening, is if Henry says that LGND will go down! (: > })==

Good luck, Bob

I suggested yesterday, 4/16, that tonyt still had time to buy in long...
He may have headed my advice and be long heavy today and happy...give him a chance.
