My opinion is that your DD is not completed until you visit 40 Wall Street and sit with IRA and his staff. I spent over two hours with Ira a while back. I listened as the phones were ringing. Making sure the fax machines were printing. The calls to IRA were non stop all of which were business related. When he didn't agree with someone... he let them know it. When he liked what they said... he let them know it. We ordered lunch in and when they did not deliver it in 10 minutes, he asked his assistant to follow up on the order. Kidding I said to the assistant 'I hope they are not to much longer as he might buy them out too'... We all have different levels of DD, Obviously I do more DD on companies I invest heavily in. I have done a lot of DD on FAMH and there is nothing a poster on this thread can say to discount that. Jake
