i don't know anything about him. Apparently he has some credibility because the stcok has responded favorably. Of course, I still have no reason to cover, but I'm going to look into this...

I read that he took Welbilt Corp from a $60 million dollar
company to a $300 million dollar company in 4 years. Thats
all i really know about him at this point other than
Maytag has given their blessing.
