I don't know. The exact same scenario took place about an hour later, but in this case, about 150,000 shares. A trade at 64, then immediately after, a trade at 64 1/8. Could these trades have been two big players exchanging stock at an agreed upon price?

In both cases, the bid/ask never went below 64 3/4 and 65 1/4, I think. It was almost like the trades happened outside the rest of the action, as far as the bid/ask was concerned.
