First of all, my post was not analyzing Intel, it was analyzing TK's report.

Second, how can I argue with your opinion ( or correct me if I am wrong, fact ) "if the overall profit is going down then the profit is going down"?

To summarize my original post, there are a number of negative factors that Tom, rightfully so, mentioned. But there was at least one positive factor, the transition to .25 micron, that he failed to mention. I think that was odd.
