My feeling is if you are afraid to report on that kind of thing because it is negative,Just how far will they go to prevent anyone from finding out whats really happenning.I would rather have gottenm the speculation out of the way a long time ago.Silence in this matter only has bread mistrust and wider misconceptions of FTELs true
motives.Their Annual looks more like a stock give away then a report.
They are feeding themselves at the expense of some others.

David, I think the reason that we haven't seen any word about Nasdaq is that there is no word to see. The last I had heard, Nasdaq was waiting to give approval/denial, and that when either was given to them, they would not hold back the info. I beleive that when there is some movement on this isssue we will hear, but what should the company say now about it in a press release, that nothing has changed with our listing status for the last month+, and we are still awaiting word? Call Helen and she will be happy to tell you the latest on the listing status, but I think it would be irresponsible if they were to put out a release about Nas, without having the situtation finalized one way or the other.
