Well, in my neck of the woods there is no high volume of 'jumpers' yet. Yes, some good folks are moving but that happened before and nothing will stop that. But I don't like that 'loose apples' toner. If all those who left company because they didn't see its bright future coming you call 'loose apples' then you can get yourself mediocre engineers and managers. They will sit their pants off, that's for sure. Was it 'retaining top talents' training for the management? I for one would like to know some names and the firing squad could be called. Cheers
