Frank, Picked up 5000 shares at 2 7/32. Am now waiting patiently to see how low they want to take this. Will add more when and if the opportunity presents itself. Off Topic: I gathered from Zeev's post that he was a bit apprehensive regarding your purchase of IMPX. I don't know why everyone is so depressed about the CC. I thought it was quite positive thus I see this as a great entry point. $4 or more by next Feb 28 (after Q4 results), is very likely while the downside risk from here is minimal. A take-over, although not necessary, would just be an added surprise. CC Highlights: - Q2 & Q4 (strongest) are historically their strongest quarters - Q2 focus is on aggressive closing of pending sales - Many new product updates to be released throughout Q3 & Q4 - Expect to announce new CEO in June or July - Developing partnership with packaged software companies like Peoplesoft, etc. "Expect announcements by next CC". - Expects industry consolidation to continue (e.g. Logicworx by PLAT) - Overall focus on profitability: "I BELIEVE SHAREHOLDERS WILL BE PLEASED". 100% gain in a year or less with minimal downside risk - I'll take it.
