Kevin, another possibility, which I am not sure of, is that some of the market makers on this exchange may not be able to make market in this stock when it gets listed. I'm not sure about this, and don't even know what it would imply if true, but it is an interesting thought. If I am not mistaken, I thought I saw a spread of .004 yesterday. It looks to me that the spread remains pretty thin most of the time. My own personal opinion is that they are only executing the buys that they are obligated to, but are accumulating as much as they can in the mean time. Jin.
