if it were to start approaching the breakaway gap area in the futures from yesterday my entire bearish scenario goes down the tubes.

Maybe in your usual short term trading, but I would think that it might only be a one last buy the dip to convince everyone this is going to 10,000. Get the little people in and then break the 2 X 4 over their backs.....

I may very well be dead wrong, but I just don't see this thing going straight to 10,000. Somehow 20% in 3.5 months or whatever it was we have done since Jan is just too far too fast. Yes, we have been consolidating, but I think the buy the dip is now over and it should be sell the rallies.

But heck, I am just the little peoples so.....

.....what do I know.....

nada.

Patrick,

>>> It has been very compressed since the early decline yesterday. I would have to say that if it were to start approaching the breakaway gap area in the futures from yesterday my entire bearish scenario goes down the tubes. <<<

Not sure what you mean. I presume that you mean that if we approached the down gap of yesterday that such action may negate this pullback.

Is that what you are saying.
