I doubt with the volume up like it is(do to buying not selling) you will see 5/8 anytime soon. This stock is headed to 2+.

Jose;

You may move the price around a little but I for one have been a player on this since before I even knew there was an SI.

There are a lot of lurkers that are just waiting for some reason to come back. The Judge has to return to the courtroom someday and no matter what her answers are the stock is going to move in a huge way. I'm betting on up!!

PS Hello Mel, haven't heard from you in a long time. Hows everything going. I hope things are doing as well as Gift lately.

If you don't mind me asking who do you trade with and did you have any trouble getting that big a block handled at one time?

Jose,

I don't see much difference between this run-up and the previous run-up. As I recall, you sold the last time didn't you (I did). I bought back at 5/8 then, as you did.

I agree, other than unverifiable posts (with ever changing dates and rationale), nothing has changed since 5/8.

I sold again, and will be back in (hopefully at 5/8, assuming it gets there). The posts now are very similar to the posts at the end of Sept. when the price ran up on much buying, I think even more than this run up. Last time it took a week or so for the price to get under 3/4. How long this time?

Of course sooner or later the judge will act, and then we'll see some real action.

Mel,GRC,Charles,Jose,Arnold,Elizabeth,

I appreciate the cheap stock that a few of you sold me this week. I will continue my buying next week and all available sellers are welcome to step up. My appetite is alot larger then a 17,000 share block that you sell peice meal through schwab. I have re-affirmed all
prior information with my source on Friday. GRC has still not posted a patent case where the judge took 6 1/2 months to dismiss the case
or issue a decision against the patentee. Maybe GRC is too busy
getting his 500 share sell order into his discount broker to cover the margin call on his short position in Yahoo. Judge Jones will either order a Markman hearing(a big positive) or render a decision that even if narrow in scope will result in some large infringers having to settle with E-Data. A narrow scope that is on point to a defendant's infringing activities could be a very likely result. The point is that you can no longer after this time frame have a decision that will cause the stock to go down, Markman,narrow scope, broad scope either way the stock goes up. Gentleman and Ladies, I have very deep pockets and therefore this stock is going higher regardless of the selling by GRC
and Jose. Remember I started on this thread with the stock at .60,
and you all doubted me then !!!
